Anastasia Durbala

Director of Compliance

Anastasia is a graduate of California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo with over 20 years of experience in technology, data, and security.

Her past experience includes leading a highly successful information technology team, and running data analysis for a top accounting firm in San Francisco. Anastasia also worked with a niche accounting firm on the Peninsula as IT Manager, where she provided leadership for the continuing development of an innovative, robust, and secure information technology environment in multi-state offices. She oversaw key technology issues, including policy implementation and best practices, resource allocation, information security systems and compliance, and end user support and client support services.

Anastasia works with the Women’s Global Leadership Initiative, and supports Girls Who Code as well as local Bay Area theatre.

Anastasia loves to swim, but not in the degree of cold water that Cam and Steve course through.

Kerri Roggensack

Managing Director

Kerri holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in business with an emphasis on supply chain management from Michigan State University. She has working knowledge and experience in networking, CRM, storage and backup software solutions, and security services.

At Cobaltix Compliance, Kerri leads sales, marketing and client relations functions. Kerri’s past experience includes an extensive career in technology Enterprise Sales for companies such as UUNET, Veritas Software, and Symantec. While at Symantec, she managed key Bay Area clients and was named ‘Account Executive of the Year’ and ‘Top Revenue Producer’ for fiscals 2004 and 2005 respectively. Prior to her sales career, Kerri was an electronic components procurement agent for IBM and Jabil Circuit.

Kerri also works with a variety of philanthropic groups including George Mark House – a pediatric palliative care center in Oakland – and The Child Abuse Center for Contra Costa County.

She lives in Lafayette with her husband and three daughters, and enjoys swimming and reading.

Steve Walker


Steve earned a Bachelor’s degree from University of California, Berkeley and studied international economics at American University. He began his career in technology in 1990, working in networking and security for companies including Bechtel, Cohesive, 3Com, Good, and Exodus.

In 2003, Steve started Cobaltix. Since then, many of Steve’s clients started asking for not just security services, but also for compliance work, so in 2015, he decided to branch out with Cameron Bellamy’s help, creating Cobaltix Compliance to address these financial compliance and regulatory needs.

In addition to running Cobaltix and working with Cameron on Cobaltix Compliance, Steve has been helping excellent organizations expand their reach. His work with Zanmi Lakay in Jacmel, Haiti, has provided street kids with laptops and computer skills as well as sponsorships to attend school. Steve also works with Immaculate Conception Academy and the Bay Area Discovery Museum, where he donates time and services for IT systems and technology.

Steve also enjoys ultra-marathon, cold-water swimming. He is working to complete the Oceans7 and trains in the San Francisco Bay. Above water, Steve lives in Lafayette, California with his wife, Sue, and their three kids.

Cameron Bellamy


Cameron, a South African native, earned a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from Rhodes University as well as a Master’s degree in International Economics and Finance from the University of Queensland.

Cameron has global experience working in technology and international finance. Currently residing in San Francisco, Cameron has also worked in China as both a consultant and a research analyst for GNS China, as well as in London and Bejing as Senior Compliance Analyst and Manager of Equity Markets for Standard & Poor’s. In 2015 Cameron decided to partner with Steve Walker – after swimming the Strait of Gibraltar together – to create Cobaltix Compliance in San Francisco.

Outside of Cobaltix Compliance, Cameron is the founder and CEO of the Ubunye Challenge. He works to raise money to support some of the poorest and most underdeveloped rural communities of South Africa and Zimbabwe through encouraging participants to complete adventurous endurance challenges.

Cameron enjoys long-distance events such as cycling, rowing, and swimming, and is currently training to complete the Oceans7.
